Pajero Hope Foundation is a registered Kenyan non-profit organization committed to youth education and empowerment. We open doors for young people through learning, mentorship, and opportunity — helping them rise toward a brighter, self-determined future.

Pajero Hope Foundation is a registered Kenyan non-profit organization (Reg. No. NGO/2024/1789) founded in 2024 by Joel Kisham. Based in Loitoktok, Kenya, we are committed to youth education and empowerment — opening roads from learning to opportunity for the next generation.
Our name and our logo tell our story: an open book, a winding road, and a radiant sun. Education is where the journey begins. The road is the work, the mentorship, and the opportunity we help young people travel. The sun is the brighter future waiting at the end — a future every young person deserves to reach.
We believe lasting change happens when communities are empowered to lead their own development. Every program we run is shaped by the needs and voices of the young people and families we serve. We do not impose solutions — we walk alongside youth toward them.

Joel Kisham founded Pajero Hope Foundation in 2024 with a simple conviction: that every young person — no matter their background — deserves a road to a brighter future. As Founder & Patron, Joel Kisham leads the foundation's vision of education, empowerment, and sustainable hope for youth in Loitoktok, Kenya and across Kenya.
